We print exactly as entered. Christine Denton Studio is not responsible for spelling, grammar, or information entered incorrectly by the customer.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by us.

7. Delivered by Chrissy D Service

Our "Delivered by Chrissy D" service allows customers to have greeting cards mailed directly to recipients.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names and mailing addresses.

Christine Denton Studio is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been mailed, delivery timing is determined by the postal service.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, books, poems, stories, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, and website content are the exclusive property of Christine Denton Studio unless otherwise stated.
